Anatol Rapoport

Apparently, Anatol Rapoport died over the weekend. (I can only find this subscription-only story in a Canadian newspaper as verification). In 1984 he came up with the tit-for-tat strategy for Robert Axelrod's iterated prisoner's dilemma tournament.
